How long do I need to book for a massage?

A one hour treatment is usually sufficient to manage most conditions although some people prefer longer for more beneficial effects.

How often do I need to get a massage?

Most therapies work best in groups of three sessions for good results. Often one treatment can help a lot anyway. Some chronic conditions can be more stubborn and will need further treatments and exercise routines.

Can you book two people at the same time?

Generally we can but book ahead as far as possible so that we can accommodate you in our schedule. Our couples massage treatments are very popular and are also a good idea as a Couples Massage Gift Voucher.

What should I do after or between treatments?

Drink plenty of water, rest as much as possible and take Epsom salt baths. If you are in pain persist with the salt baths. The magnesium relaxes the muscles and nerves and the sulphate draws out of the body the acids and toxins. Take magnesium, Vitamin C and Vitamin B supplements. Also use Magnesium spray and liniment. These are available at the clinic in Practitioner lines.
